One Year to Dutch Fluency: A0 to B1

Course Welcome and Information

Welcome to Dutch on Track! You are about to register for our Dutch A0 to B1 in One Year training. Below you will find the terms and conditions you agree to by becoming a student.

Commitment to Learning

Learning a language requires time and dedication. You are encouraged to practice at home, in the supermarket, with neighbors, and in various real-life situations. If you cannot attend a class, please inform your teacher via email. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded. However, you may request access to learning materials from missed lessons. All study materials and homework will be provided by the teacher. You will receive a certificate of participation if you attend at least 80% of the lessons.

Course Fees and Payment Terms

• Cost: €1,786.50
• Your spot is reserved once the course fees are paid.
• All course fees must be paid before the start of the course. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

Payment Options

Participants can choose between two payment methods:

1. Full Payment Upfront (Recommended)
   • Total cost: €1,786.50 (includes a 10% discount compared to individual level prices).
   • Eligible for partial refunds if withdrawal occurs before advancing to A1 or A2 (see refund policy below).
2. Payment in Installments (please contact us via info@dutchontrack.nl)
   • A0-A1: €650 (due before the start of the course)
   • A1-A2: €650 (due before advancing to A1-A2)
   • A2-B1: €550 (due before advancing to A2-B1)
   • Total cost: €1,850 (includes a 3.55% administrative fee for installment flexibility).
   • No refunds available for individual phases once payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

• Our courses require a minimum of 8 students to start. If a course is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be informed at least three working days before the official start date.
• You will receive a full refund if the course is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend the new dates. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so free of charge up to 14 days after signing up, provided that the course has not yet started. This follows the withdrawal rights as described in the NRTO conditions.

Course Duration and Termination

• Dutch on Track reserves the right to terminate a course early if attendance is below expectations or other operational reasons arise. In such cases, you will be refunded the remaining balance based on the proportion of lessons already delivered.
• If you voluntarily leave the course after it has started, no refunds will be given.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

For Full Payment Upfront Participants (€1,786.50 total):

• Withdrawal after A1 but before A2 (minimum 4 weeks’ notice before A2 start):
  • 40% refund: €714.60
• Withdrawal after A2 but before B1 (minimum 4 weeks’ notice before B1 start):
  • 20% refund: €357.30
• Withdrawal after starting B1: No refund.

For Installment Payment Participants:

• No refunds are available for completed course phases. Once a payment is made for a specific phase, the participant is committed to completing that phase.
• Participants must notify the program of withdrawal at least 4 weeks before the next phase to avoid being charged for the next installment.

Privacy and Complaints Procedure

• By registering, you agree to our privacy policy, which is available at our school or can be requested via email.
• If you have any complaints, they will be handled in accordance with the complaints procedure outlined by NRTO. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Consumer Rights and NRTO Membership

• Dutch on Track adheres to the NRTO Code of Conduct. Your rights as a consumer, as stipulated in the NRTO general terms, are guaranteed. For more information, you can visit the NRTO website.
